Mave is building a neurotechnology wearable designed for everyday use. Backed by 25+ years of foundational neuroscience learnings and paired with expert support, we’re creating a new kind of product for everyday mental health- one that actually helps people feel better (anxiety, low mood, burnout, etc).

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first full-time product designer at Mave, working closely with the founder, PM, engineers, and clinical team to build a world-class experience from scratch. You’ll:

• Design end-to-end user flows across web and mobile
• Bring delight, clarity, and emotion to core product interactions
• Own our visual language, including brand and marketing design
• Prototype and test ideas using Figma and AI-based workflows
• Work closely with PM, engineers, and the founder to ship, learn, and iterate fast
• Use your taste, intuition, and empathy to help people feel better through design
• Translate our mental health protocol into clear, intuitive, and emotionally resonant UX

Who You Are

• 4-5+ years of experience in consumer product design
